Grips and Racket Grommet Strips
One of the areas of the racket that may require maintenance and is often overlooked are the grommets.
A grommet strip is made out of plastic and runs through the frame of your Tennis or Squash racket and attached to this strip are small tubes which the strings are passed through.
Badminton rackets are slightly different as these usually only use the individual small tubes placed into the string holes.
What ever the racket, these plastic tubes protect the strings from rubbing and wearing against the frame.
Making sure that your strings are tight and secure is critical if you want to play hard and win.
But, from time to time grommets and grommet strips do wear out and will need to be replaced.

Tennis and Squash Grommet replacements are specific to the Racket manufacture and will require to be ordered prior to restringing and we are happy to discuss this with you.
Full Racket Description will be required with Grommet strips for most makes available.

With your Badminton Restring, we replace an odd grommet as a matter of course at no additional cost during the racket stringing however, should you require more, we would be happy to discuss your requirements prior to stringing, as a small additional charge would apply.
