By visiting Jons Racket Strings, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.
1. Service guarantee or policy:
1.1 Whilst the Supplier makes every effort to ensure that the Goods descriptions and illustrations contained on the web-site are accurate and current, the Supplier is dependent upon the Goods manufacturer to provide the correct information.
1.2 Jons Racket Strings offers a 28 day warranty on all Goods, with the exception of clause 1.3, subject to the Goods being returned t for evaluation of any warranty claim. We must receive notification of any such warranty return from the Buyer before any such Goods are returned to the us. In all circumstances, the Buyer will pay the initial carriage costs to return the Goods to the us. Jons Racket Strings shall be entitled to repair or replace any such returned Goods found to be defective under the terms of the warranty free of charge to the Buyer. If for any reason this is not possible, a full refund for the value of the Goods will be offered including any carriage charges paid by the Buyer in purchasing the Goods and also in returning the Goods to the Supplier.
1.3 Racket Restrings are subjected to a 'Reasonable Usage'' policy, due to the nature of the product and retirements of the Buyer. Jons Racket Strings can not be responsible for the Buyers Stringing tension requirements, how the Racket is used or type of shots played, which has resulted in early breakage of the string. Jons Racket Strings will advise prior to restringing of the possible issues that may occur if stings and rackets are strung outside manufacturers specifications, but take no responsibility to the requirements of the Buyer.
1.4 Although strings are supplied from reputable suppliers, the Buyer should contact Jons Racket Strings at the earliest opportunity following a string breakage within 1 or 2 games following the restring, where consideration repair, subject to clause 1.4, can be discussed.
1.5 Delivery of the Goods shall be agreed between the Suppliers and the Buyer and is usually within 2 days of acceptance of the Order when within our free delivery area, unless an extended delivery date is agreed between the two parties.
1.6 UK Delivery and carriage (when outside free delivery area as advertised on the WEB Site) is normally by Fedex Couriers or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, It is the Buyers responsibility to check the carriage cost and extended delivery times, before placing its order.
1.7 Subject to clause 1.2, any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate. The Supplier shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods and time shall not be of the essence in these Terms and Conditions.
1.8 The Buyer shall report to the Supplier, any damage to the Goods during transit to the Buyer within two working days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Prices:
2.1 Prices are subject to alteration, however any change in price will be notified to the Buyer prior to the Suppliers acceptance of the order.
2.2 Payment of goods by Electronic Transfer, Cash or Cheques may be presented to the Supplier by the Buyer at either collection or delivery of Goods and always prior to final delivery.
2.3 PayPal Payment for the Goods is always subject to clearance prior to the return to the Buyer of any Goods.
3. Privacy policy
3.1 Any personal information provided or gathered by this site is controlled by Jons Racket Strings and is used solely in the transaction taking place between yourself and Jons Racket Strings.
3.2 We use the information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about those orders, products and services.
3.3 We do not keep any card payment details on our database.
3.3 Information about our customers are an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling that information to others.
4 Conditions of Use, Notices and Revisions:
4.1 If you choose to visit Jons Racket Strings, your visit to this site and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Notice and our Conditions of Use.
